WHAT ARE YOUR CORE DRIVES IN YOUR EVERYDAY WORK?
To learn as much as I can, to do my best in every job, and to interact with great people
WHAT KIND OF CHANGE WOULD YOU LIKE TO BRING YOUR LOCAL& GLOBAL/REGIONAL LEVEL?
Right now I am focusing on my family live as my children are very young. I will see later on what larger impact I may have on society
WHAT INSPIRED YOU THE MOST ABOUT BEING A PART OF YAGE AND DURING THE YAGE EVENTS?
That despite being young we achieved a great lot, raising funds, inviting VIPs and great speakers, gathering youth from so many different countries...
WHICH USEFUL SKILLS DID YOU DEVELOP WHILE BEING INVOLVED IN YAGE?
I gained in self-confidence and developed my organizational skills.
WHICH IDEA OF GREATER EUROPE DO YOU ENVISION IN THE FUTURE?
We need to concentrate our efforts on solving the Ukrainian issue, as it really hinders the dialogue between Russia and other European countries. Then a huge work needs to be done to build trust, mutual understanding and an open dialogue between people who are afraid of Russia and Russian people, as it was done between the French and the Germans after WWII, so that the hereditary hostility is erased and so that we can build lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships between our countries. This is how, in my opinion, the idea of Greater Europe can come true.
WHICH STRATEGIES COULD BE USED BY YOUNG PEOPLE TO INFLUENCE THE DECISION-MAKING IN INTERNATIONAL BODIES?
I think online activism is a very powerful tool. Greater Europe needs to be a clear concept that gets people engaged.
ARE YOU IN CONTACT WITH OTHER ALUMNI?
Yes, sure! Some of the people who were with me in the YAGE adventure are nowadays my best friends! We regularly contact each other, and even spend some holidays together.
