WHAT ARE YOUR CORE DRIVES IN YOUR EVERYDAY WORK?
Discovering the world and everything in it, using my energy and abilities to help to preserve it and make it a better place
WHAT KIND OF CHANGE WOULD YOU LIKE TO BRING YOUR LOCAL& GLOBAL/REGIONAL LEVEL?
More cooperation, open-mindedness and awareness. It doesn´t matter if it is about sustainability, democracy, non-discrimination or intercultural relations. Positive changes on the global and local level require everyone to reflect upon their own behavior and its consequences, empathy, openness for other opinions and readiness to cooperate. Only working together can we preserve the world for us and the generations to come.

Meeting the enthusiastic youth from all over the word, being idealistic and dreaming of a better world together, then launching projects from scratch, making the idealistic ideas become a reality, creating and changing things with your own hands and finally making dreams happen!

Negotiation skills, project-management, intercultural competences, diplomatic skills, fundraising skills, working under high pressure and uncertainty, not accepting “no” as an answer, motivating a volunteer team, determination and never-giving-up!
This experience made me who I am and brought me countless experiences, large international network and friends for life.
WHICH IDEA OF GREATER EUROPE DO YOU ENVISION IN THE FUTURE?
We need to strive for strong cooperation within Greater Europe at all levels – political, economic, cultural, scientific etc. This is not just a romantic vision, this is an absolutely inevitable and crucial requirement for a peaceful, prosperous and sustainable future for people in the Greater Europe and beyond.
WHICH STRATEGIES COULD BE USED BY YOUNG PEOPLE TO INFLUENCE THE DECISION-MAKING IN INTERNATIONAL BODIES?
Don´t be afraid of politicians and international bodies, they are people just as everyone else. Youth has a big power and a strong voice. There are countless opportunities for the young people to learn, do projects, organize their initiatives and stand for their ideas, don´t hesitate to make the first step!
ARE YOU IN CONTACT WITH OTHER ALUMNI?
Yes! We became friends for the lifetime, it doesn´t matter where we live and what we do. We meet somewhere in the world for a beer, have calls or go together to international conferences and events. 2019 I was a part of the “Greater Europe Meetings” in Vienna, where I was exited to meet many of the YAGE Alumni, as well as new YAGE-members and of cause the multinational participants of the Forum.
