Get to know

WHAT ARE YOUR CORE DRIVES IN YOUR EVERYDAY WORK?

The strong will to do something good for people in this world

WHAT KIND OF CHANGE WOULD YOU LIKE TO BRING YOUR LOCAL& GLOBAL/REGIONAL LEVEL?

I would like to make people feel that they might bring a change to this world no matter where they are from or how old they are. And that is what we also do within the YAGE by bringing together young professionals from different European countries who get an opportunity to meet current politicians and diplomats and propose their own project of Greater Europe development.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU THE MOST ABOUT BEING A PART OF YAGE AND DURING THE YAGE EVENTS?

People. The community of people of different nationalities and with different backgrounds but who believe in same things and work hard together to build something great and meaningful.

WHICH USEFUL SKILLS DID YOU DEVELOP WHILE BEING INVOLVED IN YAGE?

When I look back I realize that my YAGE experience was a great base for starting my career. Thanks to the Association I gained a lot of useful practical skills such as: project management, business communication, networking, partnerships building and team working. It all strengthened my CV and helped me to take a higher position at my first job.

WHICH IDEA OF GREATER EUROPE DO YOU ENVISION IN THE FUTURE?

WHICH STRATEGIES COULD BE USED BY YOUNG PEOPLE TO INFLUENCE THE DECISION-MAKING IN INTERNATIONAL BODIES?

The majority of international bodies have the youth committees. I think, participating in their events or organizing joint events is a great chance to be noticed and heard.

ARE YOU IN CONTACT WITH OTHER ALUMNI?

Yes, I am. We are still very good friends and it is probably one of the best thingsthe YAGE gave me.

In 2019 we moved the biggest event of YAGE – annual forum “Greater Europe Meetings” – from Paris to Vienna with the support of OSCE.
